Abstract

This research highlights the faith-based efforts and distinct attributes of particular companions (Sahabah) with disabilities, Followers (Tabi'in), Successors of the Followers (Taba' Tabi'in), and other individuals in Islamic history. Some of them were honoured through Qur’anic revelations, and the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) also supported and praised them. These Companions, Tabi'in, Taba' Tabi'in, and others hold a prominent place in Islamic history due to their exemplary faith, dedication, and remarkable sacrifices for the sake of Islam. This study aims to shed light on their significance, religious efforts, and respected position in Islamic history. This paper reviews books that shed light on the contributions of individuals with disabilities and presents the services of each Companion, Follower, Successor, and other notable personalities separately. Their efforts are supported by historical events and their role in the early expansion of Islam. This research aims to provide a comprehensive reference in the field of Islamic studies. It will shed light on the contributions of those great historical figures who, despite their physical weaknesses, made every possible effort to uphold the word of truth to the best of their ability.
