Waiver Policy

JIRS is a fully open-access journal. All its content is free to read online, downloading, and share. Moreover, we also publish a print version of every journal issue. To cover the expenditure of publishing to some extent, JIRS has standard processing & publishing Charges. At the same time, we also give full or partial waivers to encourage researchers of low income who need more funds in their research projects to publish the manuscript.
JIRS requires article processing & publishing charges (APCs) and does not charge any fee for submission. However, after the successful completion of the review process and the acceptance of the manuscript, the author/s has to deposit APPCs in the official bank account through an online transfer with the detail mentioned in Publication Fee

To help support researchers, JIRS provides full and partial waivers of article processing & publishing charges for manuscripts by International authors from low-income countries listed at https://datahelpdesk.worldbank.org/knowledgebase/articles/906519-world-bank-country-and-lending-groups
Authors need to request the waiver; they will be applied at submission. All the waiver requests will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis, and the Editor’s decision will be final.
